The strange fixation on kids? Check. Saving the world through dance? Check. Turning into a crime-fighting, laser-shooting robot by touching his pet monkey Bubbles? Check, check and double check. But underneath the odd trappings, Moonwalker (and its console adaptations) were among the most playable games of the early 1990s. But by 1992, child-abuse allegations against Jackson meant the game could no longer be found in stores. |
